Riso Goio 1929 is grown with crop rotation to best adept our rice to dry sowing, we have reintroduced the ancient rotation technique, every year the company is divided into 3 parts that rotate every 2 years.

In the first batch, seed rice is sown (always with dry rice, but modern and created for it) which must be free of weeds and defects, therefore thrice cleaning can only be manual and entrusted to expert personnel, in this way the soil is cleaned in natural way.

In the second batch, soy is sown, which being a legume and therefore a nitrogen fixer enriches the soil and helps to control weeds in natural way. 

Finally, in the third, the S.Andrea DOP is sown which, finding the soil clean and enriched, grown strong and naturally, limiting as much as possible any intervention with chemical products
