A great moment of meeting and a nice appendix of the event Io Bevo Così 2015. Below you can find the picture of ” In Brianza io cucino così” at Galbusera Nera of the Agriturismo La Costa of La Valletta Brianza (LC). The chefs at the event were: Cristiano Gramegna of Rosso di Sera from Castelletto Ticino (NO); Fabio Barbaglini, currently active with various consultancies; Chef Luca Dell’Orto of the restaurant San Gerolamo from Vercurago (LC); Massimiano Villani of the Grand Hotel Courmayeur Mont Blanc (AO); Marco Mori, chef resident of the Agriturismo La Costa. The wines were selected by Les Caves de Pyrene, while some culinary excellence used by the chefs have been made available from Longino & Cardenal.
