RISO GOIO IS ALSO STREET FOOD

Our STREET FOOD project relies on the excellence of the base product, our rice, seeking to carry forward the knowledge of the territory of Piedmont and its excellences in the culinary tradition. Not only that, behind the counter of our Food Truck walking there ar chef Stefano Minervino, who leaves his job as a teacher and his restaurant and Edilberto Goio, future chef and guarantor of the proper name and brand quality.

Riso Goio 1929 Street Food is born from the desire to bring to the people of the quality of our rice. Very different dishes will be served, not only the classic risotto, interpreting some traditional recipes from Piedmont and Lombardy in a Street Food way.

Our cooking will only use riso Goio 1929 of baraggia biellese e vercellese DOP, from the farm Goio Pietro and Goio Emanuele, which lends itself to various forms of cooking, and combinations with refined and above all quality products.

In this way we want to serve both traditional and innovative dishes to trying to attract a different customer targets, to satisfy on the one hand those who want to find the taste of tradition and on the other those who expect a new flavor and especially something different from the ordinary in these events.

We are also available for catering and private events with our truck, with no distance limitations.
