Regine & Re di Cuochi is a thematic exhibition on the excellence of haute cuisine food and wine. It is also a program of multidisciplinary initiatives and events to foster a communication between various types of artistic creation. Even more, it aims at being a container of culture, experimentation and participation, while also promoting enogastronomic products and taste. All along the visit, the great chefs’ role, responsibility and social significance will be highlighted.
In Italy, the project will stop only at Palazzina di Caccia di Stupinigi (Nichelino-Torino) from March 16th to June 5th; afterwards, it will move to Shanghai, Moscow, Dubai, Sao Paulo, Chicago and Seoul.
Designed and promoted by Associazione Maestria, the exhibition is a technological, highly interactive, mouth-watering multimedia reproduction of the typical noises, colors and sounds of great kitchens, combined with a display of photographs and documents (objects, menus, kitchen equipment, etc.).
