A great success of public and an excellent response from exhibitors for the second edition of IO BEVO COSI’, the event dedicated to natural wines and territory, which was held on Sunday 24 and Monday 25 May in Villa Sommi Picenardi, a wonderful location that has further enriched the kermesse, thanks to one of the 100 most beautiful parks in Italy.

More than 1,400 fans, but also experts including professional sommeliers and restaurateurs, as well as chefs and a large group of accredited media have reached Olgiate Molgora (LC) to taste 400 wines from all over Italy and from some prestigious regions of France. Even the three tastings for a limited number  dedicated to white macerated wines held by sommelier ONAV, to honey held by Ambrogio Redaelli of the Azienda Agricola Festinalente and to the rice held by Davide Gramegna, maître of the Rosso di Sera restaurant. The refreshment area was handled by chef Cristiano Gramegna of Rosso di Sera from Castelletto Ticino (NO) and Luca Dell’Orto of the Ristorante San Gerolamo from Vercurago (LC), which prepared products based on bread and hot dishes using some artisan raw materials.
